Electrical, Optical and Magnetic Studies of Flower Shaped Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@Bi<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub> core shell Hierarchical Structure

Abstract In this study, we have successfully synthesized the Fe 3 O 4 @Bi 2 S core shell hierarchical by a simple and quick sono chemical method. The structural morphological studies of prepared structure show presence single phase with flower shaped like structure. crystalline grain size is obtained as ∼16 nm from Scherrer’s equation. UV-Vis Spectroscopy study IV characterization material performed to investigate its optical electrical behavior. RAMAN analysis exhibits crystal orientation, binding energy these magnetic nanostructure shows superparamagnetic behavior saturation magnetization 33.5emu/gm at 5K temperature. These structures may act promising for broad spectral photo detection, optoelectronic devices storage application.
